We offer a complete package—from design and development to launch and maintenance. Depending on the package you choose, this can include custom design, mobile responsiveness, contact forms, SEO setup, speed optimization, eCommerce functionality (WooCommerce), and more.
We offer ongoing maintenance and support plans for regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting. If you prefer a pay-per-request option, we can accommodate that too.
Yes, we do! We can communicate via email, Viber, Google Meet, or other platforms, and we accept payments in multiple currencies. No matter where you are, we can build your website.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you miss a scheduled payment, we’ll send a gentle reminder within 3 business days. You’ll be given a 7-day grace period to settle the amount without penalty.
- If payment is still not received after the grace period, your project may be temporarily paused, and access to certain features or services (such as hosting setup or ongoing support) may be restricted.
- For subscription-based websites, the site may be placed on hold or go offline until payments resume.
- Reinstating paused services may require a reactivation fee or the settlement of overdue balances.

Project timelines vary depending on the package and requirements.
- Landing Page: 3–5 business days
- Basic Website (5 pages): 7–10 business days
- Basic Website with SEO: 10–14 business days
Custom or more complex projects may take longer.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) helps your website rank higher on search engines like Google. A well-optimized site brings more traffic, increases visibility, and attracts more leads or sales. Our SEO service includes on-page optimization, keyword targeting, and search engine integration.
Absolutely. You can start with a landing page or basic site, and later upgrade to include SEO, eCommerce, more pages, or additional features as your business grows.
Down payments are used to reserve your project slot and initiate work. Therefore, they are generally non-refundable unless agreed upon prior to contract signing.
Missed Payment Policy
What happens if I miss a monthly payment?
We understand that delays can happen.
- Reminder: A payment reminder will be sent within 3 business days of the missed due date.
- Grace Period: You’ll have a 7-day grace period to settle the missed payment without penalty.
- Service Suspension: If payment is still not received after the grace period, your project or live website may be temporarily paused.
- Access Restrictions: For subscription-based clients, your website may be taken offline until payments are resumed.
- Reactivation Fee: A ₱750 reactivation or late processing fee will be applied to resume services once overdue payments are cleared.
- Flexible Support: If you expect a delay, let us know in advance so we can work out a flexible payment arrangement.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Down Payment:
A non-refundable down payment is required to initiate the project and secure your production schedule. The specific amount depends on the selected package.
Monthly Installments / Subscription Payments:
Monthly or installment payments are due on the agreed billing date and must be completed in full to maintain continuous service.
- A 7-day grace period is provided for late payments.
- After the grace period:
- Services will be suspended.
- The website (if already launched) may go offline.
- A ₱750 reactivation or late processing fee will be applied before services can resume.
Final Handover & Ownership:
Full admin access, control panel logins, and downloadable assets will only be handed over upon full payment.
- Down payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds for completed work or milestones are not applicable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If the client decides to terminate the project mid-way, all work completed up to that point remains the property of the developer unless full payment is made.
- A cancellation fee may be imposed if termination occurs after development has started.
